Granola Bars (From 30 Day Gourmet Cooking Manual)
For 16 Bars
1/3 cup oil (I use Olive)
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 T honey
1 t Vanilla
1 egg
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 cups crisp rice cereal ( I use the cheap Aldi’s brand with fine results)
