I think my biggest homemaking challenge is consistency. I do fine getting everything into order, but then maintaining the order is a challenge to me. Help!
Thank you for such a wonderful site!
Hugs,
Cynthia Robin
My biggest homemaking challenge is doing deep cleaning. I can mainting a “clean” house for a long time, but I must be forced to do the deep stuff. Thankfully my husband will offer to help once or twice a year, and that usually works. Thanks for the giveaway!
I don’t have a problem with the daily pick-up, dusting, and vacuuming. However, my biggest challenge at the moment, is keeping up with the “deep” thorough housecleaning.
I just have a hard time dedicating actual time to a clean house, i am busy reading and arting and just need to make cleaning a priority.

What a great giveaway! Thank you for the chance to win!
Please enter my name into your drawing. Thank you
Cheryl @ http://cheryl-comfort.blogspot.com/ Finding the time to clean of course!
I think my greatest homemaking challenge at the moment is keeping up with the daily chores such as dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming while trying to homeschool two jr/sr high school boys and an elementary age boy. Prior to our move they went to a small Christian school which enabled me to clean as well as cook, bake, craft, and help out at their school. I guess it is a process of learning how to balance everything and no let my self succumb to feelings of inadequacy. This is the task that God has set before me and I know He will not give me more than I can handle as long as I turn to him during those times of distress. Thank you so very much for the giveaway! I just discovered this site and love it already!!
Like many moms, I think my biggest challenge is balancing the needs of both my kids. I have a daughter who is almost 2, adopted from Guatemala a year ago and a bit behind in speech and things like colors / numbers. I also have a son who is 6 and a bit advanced in reading and math but struggling with handwriting. It is difficult to split my time, energy and attention between the two. Thanks for a great contest!
My is keeping the house clean! It’s hard trying to find a balance between my little one, cooking and of course bloging!
I think my biggest homemaking challenge is decluttering. It’s hard to keep the clutter under control with so many people bringing stuff in!
My biggest challenge is getting anything done with my little ones. We want to teach them how to help with cleaning & chores but they are still so young (6, 5, 3, 2, and newborn) so the “help” is often a challenge. And finding time to take care of the home while caring for them is an enormous challenge. So the house gets neglected while I play with my babies.
Thank you for the chance to win!
My problem is clutter - it is everywhere. Just when I think I get a handle on it, more junk mail comes, the kids get more presents, or my husband has a presentation at work or an article to write, and paper piles cover the floor. It’s hard to keep up with everything.

I keep my house really clean to the outside eye. The bad part is that I have way to many junk drawers/closets/ bins. Its horrible. I’m so unorganized because I shove everything everywhere so that I don’t have to look at it! Help!
My biggest homemaking challenge is trying to keep the house clean while dealing with 16 month old twins!
my biggest challenge is managing my time and staying motivated. i’m a terrible procrastinator
My biggest challenge is keeping everything picked up all the time,
my challenge is twin girls who destroy everything right after i clean it - i give up 1/2 the time!
My biggest homemaking challenge is laundry. Getting it washed and folded is not a problem. The problem is we don’t have the storage to put the clothes away and they sit around in huge piles in everyones room. Then they gradually make their way to the floor and then down back to the laundry room for mom to start over. We have 7 years difference between the oldest girl and the youngest and 6 years between the oldest boy and the youngest.( We have 4 chcildren). So we have a lot of inbetween sizes to store too. Any suggestions? Thanks. Lydia
I think mine is proritizing….and spending too much time on the internet!
My biggest challenge is stains on clothes. We seem to stain everything and often, no matter what I try, I just can’t get the stains out.
I’m challenged by many things, lol. My biggest would have to be kids clutter though. The girls have so many toys & they never want to get rid of anything. Since I have a hard enough time getting rid fo my own stuff, the kids stuff is almost impossible to argue over.
My biggest homemakeing challenge is keeping my basement organized. It’s the catch all for all the junk that we don’t want anyone to see LOL.
organization and keeping things in their place mrs.mommyyatgmaildotcom
My biggest homemaking challenge is clutter. How to get rid of it once I have it, and how to keep it from accumulating. *sigh* If this giveaway will help me with that, I sure hope I win! Thanks for the giveaway!
My biggest challenge is cooking! After 15 years of cooking for a family, I think I am just burned out. (No pun intended.) I mean, you spend 2 hours making the meal, 30 minutes eating it, and another 30 minutes cleaning up. So that is 3 hours I could be doing something else. My answer; sandwiches!
My biggest challenge is clutter! We have to much stuff and not enough space. I think I need a week of cleaning/sorting with no interuptions! Thanks for the very useful giveaway!
Keeping my pantry organized — for longer that two months! Thanks!

My biggest homemaking challenge is keeping the clutter in check. Clutter, clutter, everywhere.
My biggest problems are named Brenna and Caelan… Who think that picking up means lifting and throwing…
Motivation! I seriously lack it. Cleaning up as I go is a 2nd.
My biggest challenge is ORGANIZATION! I know that there should be a place for everything and everything should be in its place, but for some reason, I just can’t keep up with it! I need help with the clutter!
my biggest homemaking challenge is not having enough hours in my day for homeschooling, keeping the house tidy, cooking etc etc
please toss my name in the hat for this awesome giveaway! good luck everyone and be sure to check in at the lost world for my giveaway too!
My problem is keeping the home clutter free. I pick up in the mornings and by the evening it looks like a disaster again.
My biggest challenge is living with 4 boys..thats including the husband. As much as I try to be organized I cant seem to keep them doing the same. I feel like I get a system and it falls apart.
Sometimes I feel overwhelmed with everything I have to do.. Dont know why Im JUST a stay at home mom. But I would do it all over again everyday.. The rewards far exceed the chaos…
keeping up w/ clutter, esp the 2 yo toys
I can never seem to get our house clean enough for my hubby’s liking. He’s a total neat freak, while I think the house is clean if there aren’t a bunch of toys lying around. (And sometimes even that is a challenge!)
I think my biggest challenge is maintaining. I get all inspired and get all organized and get going and then my plan falls by the wayside.
My biggest problem is doing the floors. I hate that job!
I have a hard time letting go of stuff. I want to keep everything that passes through my door.
Keeping up with the children and the house….and trying to find a balance.
By far my biggest challenge is balancing work and home life… by the time I get home in the evenings I am exhausted and the idea of running around behind a vacuum or dust rag is enough to push me over the edge!
my biggest challenge is getting the rest of the family to pitch in. Cleaning, cooking, and laundry for 5 is getting tiring. I wish I could figure out a way to make them care what the house looks like
Gosh, I have so MANY challenges…. I guess the area where I have the most trouble is coming up with and sticking to a cleaning/organizing schedule.
My daughter’s name is Melia!!!!
Anything paper related! My DH calls me a pile maker. He says I hoard piles of paper. I just seem to lack the skills needed to put things in order
My biggest challenge is getting the motivation to scrub the tubs and mop the floors!
Thank you for the great giveaway!

getting rid of all the junk!
My biggest challenge is keeping myself from getting overwhelmed. I have ADD and a bit of OCD, so when I don’t have time to do something perfectly I just try to ignore it, until I can’t ignore it and then I have a meltdown. Then I spend two or three days straight cleaning, but by the time I finish I’m tired so I take a “break,” and then the cycle begins again. Yeah… I need help.

My biggest challenge is keeping my floors cleaned! It seems I’m vacuuming every day!
My biggest homemaking challenge is going through all the piles of stuff piled (neatly) in almost every corner of the house. It is overwhelming! With 5 kids (who don’t help very much) we have way too much stuff. Help!!
My biggest challenge is probably time management and organization. I just haven’t found a system that seems to work and/or make sense to me. I know I could be so much more efficient than I am now.
My biggest challenge is my dh. It’s so hard to get anything done, because he doesn’t help much, actually making more work for me most days.
My biggest homemaking challenge is my pack-rat of a husband! Right now, as I type this, there is a bicycle parked in my living room. What’s a girl to do?

My biggest challenge is keeping on top of everything. I feel like there is always too much to do and I just don’t have the time to do it.
I struggle with clutter, as well as the problem of when it comes time for me to make a meal, everyone “NEEDS” mama! Ack!
My biggest challenge is organization. I spend a lot of time and essentially money on finding things I need. Help!
I am only consistent at one thing: being inconsistent. And that is my biggest homemaking and, well, LIFE challenge. It drives me nuts.
Clutter I have so much stuff I don’t know where to put it and between being Mommy and working full time there isn’t much time for organizing it. This book would be a lifesaver. Thanks for the opportunity.
My bigest homemaking challenge for sure is CLUTTER. Ugh. I cannot stand it.
Wow, I guess my biggest challenge is being consistently reliable to carry out not only the day to day chores I need to get done but to not be so quick to just do my teenage chidrens chores when they find it “unnecessacary” to do them. As a single mom, I have my 3 teens and my parents in my house hold and work a full time job outside and try to do it all. I allow “guilt” over not always being here to push me into trying to do it all and then suffering from burn out over that. Schmitty, the name I have for leaving one chore and starting another is a huge challenge also.
My biggest challenge is laundry. I work full-time, am on a worship team at our church & in a women’s bible study group. My husband & I have 18 yr old & 14 yr old sons at home, and no washing machine. So trips to the laundromat are at best on the weekends, and my weekends aren’t always free either! Along with that, I have a difficult time trying to figure out which clothes belong to which guy!
My biggest challenge is afternoons! I can NOT get things organized. When I get off work I have to cook, do laundry, bathe the baby and help with homework. I get so stressed! I wish I could find a way to get that part of my day organized!

My biggest challenge is putting things away when I’m finished with them instead of going on to something else. I would definitely use your offering! Thanks!
Blessings,
Carrie
My biggest challenge is getting everyone else in this house to keep their own stuff picked up.
I have trouble managing all of the mail I get! It just piles up until I’m overwhelmed…
My biggest issue is making time; there’s a lot going on right now and I don’t always make the few minutes to pick up after myself or do a little cleaning.
My biggest challenge is the INSANE amount of toys overrunning my house… and the paperwork! School stuff, medical stuff, other mail… it’s crazy really! HELP!
definitely cleaning and being consistent in my cleaning. your book looks great!
My biggest issue is KEEPING things organized after the initial time I spend organizing it. Is there a fix for this?! lol
my problem is I have a small home based business and I really dont’ have room to work. How can I organize and keep my business going without cluttering up the house.
dog hair!!! I swaer all I do all day long is swiffer and vaccumn!
I biggest issue is one clutter and space (not enough).
clutter. I tend to save everything that’s interesting to me which creates problems because then I have to find someplace to put it.
clutter!!
sometimes i buy stuff because i cant find out where i put the other stuff.. clutter makes you waste money dontcha know?
Great giveaway! I just love blog hopping!
I hope i’m the lucky winner
Hmmm… Biggest homemaking challenge has got to be getting motivated to cook or laundry. I think I have ten loads right now. My MIL proved to me that I could keep up with two loads per day. (She did my laundry for 30 days after a recent surgery.) But, it only takes two or three days and one wet bed and I get behind again. Great giveaway!
finding the time to do it all from the laundry to scrubbing the shower.
Finding time for all the dishes…why are they never done? sort of makes me wish we could eat out every meal… cooking takes time, but cleaning the dishes after makes the meal take so much longer!
oh my, i think i just hate cleaning and cooking. there are too many other things to do. i’d rather be outside, or writing, or karate, or riding the motorcycle.
