There are hundreds of good recipes out there for making Pretzel Bread, but sometimes seeing the process as it happens makes it so much easier to just get started. This video demonstrates using a large capacity mixer, such as the Bosch or the Nutrimill Artiste to make the mixing and kneading process easy and quick. I do not recommend using a kitchen aid mixer for bread (at least not in the long term) as this often, over time will degrade the motor and render it useless. You can also hand knead this recipe if you do not have a large capacity machine.
