Chocolate Chips and Zucchini- Step 3

semi-sweet chocolate chips

shredded zucchini, drained a little
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix together the wet ingredients: sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla extract
In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, sale, baking soda, cinnamon
Combine the wet and dry ingredients
Add zucchini, combine well
Add chocolate chips and mix
Grease and flour or use cooking spray in 2 long (10 inch) baking pans and add batter.
Bake at 400f for 60-65 minutes
Let cool 15-20 minutes before tipping it out of the pan

This recipe can also be made as muffins and will yield about 20 muffins per batch.
