  Assembly Directions:

Chop stew meat into bite sized pieces.  Place in crock pots.  Sprinkle some seasoning on meat.

Chop onions, potatoes and carrots in bite sized portions, add to stew meat.  Add some seasoning.

Add remaining vegetables (may reserve peas to the end to avoid them getting squishy).

Add V-8 or water as needed to make it moist.  Add remaining seasoning to top.

Cook in crock pot 6-8 hours on low.  You may want to use a crock pot liner to ease clean-up.

Freezing Directions:

Use good quality Freezer bags.

Serving Directions:

Heat and Eat!

Comments:

If your beef is fresh (never been frozen), you can also assemble the meal quickly and freeze it without cooking.  The potatoes may come out a little soft using this method, but will taste just as good.
