Does she teach a vegetarian class? From the cooking class intro. I caught a quick comment she made about this & a tofu dish.

I wantt o do her classes but only vegetarian.

Malia, I would love to use this for my 6 daughters and myself. The time to learn together would be extra special. I see that you mentioned the class being full. Is there a waiting list or space to sign up the next time she offers the class?

Oh Jen, you are welcome for the link. We love cooking days. I especially love the results on days when I do not feel like cooking, or am low on time. Opening the freezer to lots of tasty and healthy choices makes dinner time a delight instead of a hassle.

MC: I am so glad you are enjoying the class. We did the second class on my birthday, so the girls got to make me lunch as a gift to me. It was yummy and fun.
