Anne Mary has been working on learning all about salads. She is so proud that she can be completely responsible for this part of the meal with very little help from me. To celebrate her success, we took some pictures of her latest salad creation. Now, doesn’t that look yummy?

Yeah for the cutie with salad skills!
My kids love to help too! My 13 yr old cooks a bit. He’s capable but not too interested. My 11 yr old loves trying new baking recipes and is a whiz at doubling or tripling ingredients. My 3 yr old daughter loves rolling pie crust and ‘making bread’; sometimes I bake her creations in a little ‘patty pan’. She tries them and usually says “That isn’t very tasty!”
