There is an e-book on the 30 Day Gourmet website that you can buy and download. Also, there is a terrific site for Vegetarian Pressure Cooking. Her website is: http://www.theveggiequeen.com/. I know that is not about freezer cooking, but still about preparing vegetarian meals quickly and easily. I just got my copy of her video in the mail and I cannot wait to watch it! Our DVD player is broken and we have a new one coming in the mail, so I am watching for the mail to get it here....mainly so that I can see this video! I will write up a review about it as soon as I get to view it. Looking at her website, I think it will be terrific. Thanks for the note. My sister and I had a great time. All four recipes turned out great. My sister made Mexi-chicken again with some leftover chicken, and added black beans and hominy instead of barley. It was good that way too. Next time I make chicken pot pies, I'm going to saute the onions before putting them in so that they're not quite so intense. I love your website!
